I don't know what's wrong with my roof - can you still help?
Absolutely. Most customers can't easily identify what's wrong - that's what we're here for. Tell us what you're seeing inside (water stain, damp patch, daylight) and we'll come and find the cause.
How quickly can you come out?
For active leaks we usually get someone out the same day or next morning. Standard quote visits are typically within 2-3 working days, scheduled at a time that suits you.
Is the quote really free? Will you pressure me to book?
Yes, completely free, with no hard sell. We give you a written quote and follow up once - that's it. Most of our customers compare three quotes; we're happy to be one of them.
Are you insured?
Yes - we carry full public liability and employer's liability insurance. We're happy to email a copy of the certificate before any work starts. Just ask.
What's covered by the 10-year guarantee?
All workmanship - meaning if something goes wrong because of how we fitted it, we come back and put it right at no cost, for 10 years. Materials are covered separately by the manufacturer's warranty (typically 10-25 years depending on product).
Do I need to pay anything up front?
For repairs, no - you pay on completion once you're happy. For larger replacement jobs we ask for a materials deposit (typically 25%) once the job is booked, then the balance on completion.
